The Infectious Disease Cure Clinic opened in Kutaisi

The Infectious Disease Cure Clinic opened in Kutaisi on the base of tuberculosis and pulmonary disease center. Minister of Health David Sergeenko visited the opening ceremony and as he remarked, this was the first realized project within the framework of the state partnership structure. The center of tuberculosis and infectious pathologies provides 70 hospital cots and is equipped with the most latest diagnostic technologies. Diagnostic researches of biochemical, serologic, bacteriologic and molecular-biological diseases will be possible with the clinic’s renovated equipment. The Infectious Disease Cure Clinic also offers medical studies. 5 million investment has been made for the clinic establishment by the center and 180 coworkers have also been employed. The followed medical services will be available for the residents of Imereti and West Georgia.
