The Persons Entering Georgia Can Request Self-isolation in Advance
The Ministry of Health elaborated special form requesting self-isolation. This provides opportunity for those entering the country to be placed in self-isolation instead of quarantine.
The travelers should fill out the form three days before entering Georgia. The personal details, information on self-isolation area, contact person on the site should be indicated. The form can be filled out on a special web-site. Afterwards, the representatives of the entity together with the indicated contact person will perform preliminary assessment of self-isolation area with the purpose to accept the request. The application review period is 5 working days.
The self-isolation can be requested by the persons placed in quarantine as well.
