Starting from October, the Salary of the Members of Ambulance Team and Central Dispatch Office to be Increased by 10%

The salary of the staff of Emergency Situation Coordination and Urgent Assistance Center continues to grow.

Starting from October the salary of the members of Ambulance Team and Central Dispatch Office will be increased by 10%. The changes are aimed at improved working conditions and creating a decent working environment for employees.

From October, up to 4,000 employees will receive an increased salary. The salary of an ambulance doctor, on average, in case of 8 shifts, will be 2,184 GEL monthly, a referral doctor will receive 2,536 GEL, a paramedic- 2,184 GEL, a motor medical worker- 2,184 GEL, a junior doctor – 1,800 GEL, a nurse – 1,664 GEL, a driver – 1,520 GEL, a dispatcher – 1,392 GEL, a hospitalization manager – 1,648 GEL, a shift chief – 2,560 GEL, a deputy shift chief -2,128 GEL, an operator -1,024 GEL.

It is notable, that from the year of 2024, the salary will be increased by additional 10%.

Health insurance of the employees of Emergency Situation Coordination and Urgent Assistance Center has already been enriched.

In 2023, Emergency Situation Coordination and Urgent Assistance Center moved to a newly renovated building on Mindeli street, where it continues operating in a new working environment.
